Swanson & James’ approach to solving client requirements involves:  

Tailored solutions:  Swanson & James solutions are not universal but tailored to the client’s requirement as every company is as unique as the issues they face.  We take “Result Responsibility” over our solutions, ensuring the clients objectives are always met.

A practical approach:  Swanson & James Interims are instrumental in the change process, working in close collaboration with client staff.  When changes are made clients are often left with little knowledge on what and how changes were made.  Having an integrated approach of implementation teams comprising of both interims and client staff ensures the effective transferral of knowledge.  

Complete project management:  All our projects encompass complete ‘Program’ and ‘Change’ Management.  A significant part of any Swanson & James project is the ‘soft-side’ people management and training of client staff.  During times of major reorganisation there is often strong internal political forces and our interims work within the clients culture in order to minimise anxiety in client staff and maximise the transferral of knowledge.

 Swanson & James’s fees structure is based around:  

Transparency of cost:  Swanson & James’ rates are totally transparent at all times, where charges are only made for the hours spent at the clients site.  This allows clients to accurately monitor costs, throughout the life of an assignment.  

 Swanson & James’ Interims must possess:

Knowledge and Experience:  All Swanson & James Interims are educated professionals with extensive knowledge and experience. 

Complete Professionalism:  Clients demand complete professionalism from a trading partner, and so does Swanson & James from its interims.
