Diane – HR Interim

 

Diane is a human resources manager with extensive experience in the legal sector. Recently Diane has been the Head of Resourcing for a law firm where she was responsible for the development and creation of policies including secondment and absence management.  Diane has gained valuable experience with company mergers and as a result has evolved change management skills.

 

With strong organisational skills Diane is able to lead a team and achieve set targets. Her analytical but personable approach has enabled her to successfully reorganise structures within a Human Resources department where she introduced assessment centres for graduate recruitment, improved the graduate recruitment systems and procedures and centralised both graduate and fee earner recruitment.

Her key skills include recruitment and selection of both legal and non-legal staff using key competency frameworks; salary and benefit administration; staff handbooks; HR employment policies; personnel databases, and appraisal training.
