Chris -The IT Interim
Chris has over 30 years experience in the IT/telecoms sector,
the last 10 years have been at senior Director level with established and
three start up companies. Chris’
experience is extensive covering technical operations, project management,
vendor and supplier relations, bid and proposal, network build, customer
service, engineering (data and voice convergence) and sales support. This
experience has been gained within the fixed network, data networks, mobile,
radio broadband and desktop applications support.
Working as a Director of Technical Operations for many
companies has enabled Chris to develop his change management skills with the
construction and implementation of core strategic alignments. Including
alignment of people skills to engineering and business objectives plus the
introduction of a business call centre operations, CRM, ERM etc.
Chris has also provided technical project management
training courses for foreign PTO’s
Chris’ soft skills have been enhanced through his number
of roles, he has managed and built operations teams of 85 people +, spread
across the UK and mainland which included: customer support, network manage
and built and day-to-day operations. Customer support extended to on site
customer support, desktop and network, including some of the large city
bankers. Man management skills included goal and objective setting, rewards
schemes and levels etc.
In recent years Chris has acted as an independent
consultant/operations Director for several companies. Duties included raising
finance and business development for three start up companies, which included
European fibre network build and radio broadband applications and services.
Brian – The IT Interim
Brian has over 30 years experience in IT, Marketing and
General Management.
His achievements over the years have involved IT as
customer, supplier and consultant.
As a project and programme manager he has successfully
implemented many large IT,
Product & Business Launch and Change Projects.
Having worked at Board level for a number of years Brian
combines a detailed knowledge of business applications with strategic
understanding. With experience in a number of industries Brian has a
comprehensive understanding of the issues and criteria for success.
He also has extensive knowledge and involvement in the
Telecommunications Industry.
Brian has recently completed an assignment as a project
director developing a range of
e-business applications for motor, property and casualty
insurance. He was the project manager for the first customer implementation.
Previously he has worked as an interim executive
responsible for programme management.
Brian was also Associate Director for an international
IT and management consultancy firm.
Where he specialised in leading and advising on major
change programmes and the management of large projects, mainly in the
insurance and telecommunications industries.
Mike - The Finance/IT Interim
Mike is an experience Finance and IT Director/Controller
who has the ability to resolve complex accounting and financial control
issues. Taking a “Hands on”, well organised and attention to detail approach
to business, Mike is able to work under difficult circumstances using his
diplomat skills to gain the best from a team. Through out his career Mike has
developed accounting, business planning and forecasting skills. He has an
analytical and innovative approach when seeking solutions to business
problems.
Having worked in several countries, including Spain,
Portugal, Baltic States and the US, Mike is experienced in international
culture and fluent in Spanish and has an understanding of Portuguese.
Mike is familiar with several Management Information
Systems including Lawson, SAP, Sun Systems 4.2.5, mfg-pro, Integra.
Sector experience includes: Outsourcing, FMCG,
Electricity, Trading, Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, High Tech, and
NHS Trust.
