John – Operations Interim

 

John is an energetic manager with broad marketing, sales and operational experience in Europe. Due to his extensive career he has exceptional commercial, organisational and motivational skills, obtained by working in small and large subsidiaries. John is proven in business transformation and turnaround, oriented around the customer derived from telecoms and oil and energy sectors.

 

Management of start-ups is an area John has substantial experience; he also has an excellent working knowledge of mergers, acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.

Experienced in change management John has strong organisational skills. He managed the transformation of a company successfully downscaling employees and conducting two businesses transfers to achieve a sustainable cost base for a global business. John has also relocated multinational customer service centres, reducing the numbers of inefficient centres from six to two (one of them new). During the change over the level of service was successfully maintained and the company received positive customer commendations.

John has also been involved in the acquisition of twenty European Internet businesses and successfully integrated them with the existing businesses to form single, country-based business units.

 

John has previously been involved in management performance improvement; where he spent 26 months successfully turning around two unprofitable outsource contracts.  He has also gained success with an asset replacement programme, when asked to head up an under performing business unit; within the first year John doubled the productivity.

 

Through his time spent working in Italy John has gain a good understanding of European business culture and management. He is also fluent in Italian, and can converse in Spanish and German and has knowledge of French.

 

 

Carolyn - The Operations Management Interim

 

Carolyn is an organised, analytical and energetic member of senior management team, working in a blue chip environment with a strong accent on achieving outstanding results. Being an excellent and effective communicator with language and IT skills has assisted Carolyn with her most recently been responsible for the leadership, and development of a team supporting the operational fulfilment of 3 million credit card holders throughout the UK and Europe. Using her strong commercial acumen in formulating innovative ideas Carolyn has been able to increase business revenue and produce synergy of savings. She displays a positive approach to problem solving and enjoys the challenge of a fast moving and changing environment requiring influencing and negotiating skills.

Previously Carolyn has managed the merger of two marketing operations to ensure a seamless transition for client customers.

 

With strong project and change management skills Carolyn has led several successful projects. When working Carolyn adopts an internal consultancy approach, responsible for supporting management in the development of work processes and trouble shooting throughout the organisation managing as effectively upwards as down. Overall her professionalism ensures that she always maintains high standards and meets demanding deadlines whilst retaining a flexible approach and a sense of humour.

 

 

John – Project Director Interim

John is an established Interim Manager with extensive experience in the private and public sector including PFI. Since 1990 he has been operating as an interim and has proved himself to be a creative entrepreneurial project director with influence.

John has comprehensive change management practice enabling him to providing a broad band of services, he excels in strategic and project management having undertaken the role several times, he is a proven negotiator and able to set objectives to lead a team to a great performance and reach common goals.

Having worked in the public sector John has an appreciation of controlling the given resources, achieving and maintaining the high standards whilst working to budget.

 

John offers a broadening skill base with a client focus building to meet new demands and challenges intuitively having the ability to make decisions and then communicate them to the team within a responsive proactive positive working environment.
