Julian - The Supply Chain Interim

Julian has over 13 years supply chain experience in the UK food industry. His skills include

Julian is a clear thinking and well-organised individual with ability to build, motivate and develop teams. He has proven experience in rapidly achieving results whilst adopting a diplomatic approach.

Julian has recently completed an assignment as the Customer Supply Chain Manager for a leading multi-national food manufacturer where he managed a transitional team during the sale of two major brands to a competitor.
While fulfilling this role Julian resolved a large number of major issues in order to sustain customer service and improved service levels to exceed target of 98.5%.
Previously Julian worked as a supply chain consultant conducting an evaluation for a leading food producer who supply private label chilled foods. Julian evaluated the company's forecasting and planning processes and made recommendations for improvements whilst also managing the selection of software vendors.
Julian has also undertaken an assignment for a private label soft drinks manufacturer where he carried out three separate roles as centralisation project manager, customer demand manager and data integrity manager.
